Refund
This early-access policy covers one-time ColorPack Etsy Starter Pack purchases. It is designed to keep the refund path clear while respecting the nature of a delivered digital product.
Contact support@colorpack.shop within 7 calendar days of purchase for a duplicate or unauthorized charge, a pack that cannot be delivered because of a ColorPack technical failure, or a materially corrupt, unreadable, or incorrect pack that we cannot replace within 48 hours. Where applicable law gives you additional rights, those rights continue to apply.
A request based only on a change of mind, Etsy or other marketplace rejection, sales results, or a later preference change is not normally refundable after a custom digital pack has been successfully delivered and downloaded. This does not limit the specific technical-failure cases above or any mandatory legal rights.
We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve or update the request within 7 calendar days. An approved full or partial refund ends future download access for that one-time pack and stops unfinished fulfillment. Files already saved to your device cannot be remotely deleted.
