This policy explains how ColorPack Studio handles the information needed to create, purchase, deliver, and support one Etsy Starter Pack.
We process your Google account name, email address, profile image, and account identifier for sign-in; your theme, platform, audience, style, acknowledgement, preview, order, fulfillment, download, and support-request information to provide the service. We do not receive or store your Google password or full payment-card details.
Google provides sign-in. Creem, acting as the payment provider and merchant-of-record service, processes checkout and payment records. Cloudflare provides application hosting plus D1 and private R2 storage for account, order, fulfillment, and download records. When production image generation is enabled, the chosen provider receives the generation settings needed to make your requested pages. We will update this policy before public checkout is enabled if that provider, retention practice, or data flow changes.
We use first-party Cloudflare D1 event records to measure page views and key product actions such as preview creation, sign-in clicks, checkout starts, and pack downloads. These records contain the public page path, action type, timestamp, and a random browser-tab session identifier. They do not include your Google email, submitted theme text, order details, payment details, advertising identifiers, or cross-site tracking data. We do not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts for this baseline. Raw event records are automatically removed after 90 days.
We retain account, order, fulfillment, and access records for as long as reasonably needed to provide downloads, support refunds, prevent abuse, maintain required business records, and resolve disputes. To request account-data deletion, ask a privacy question, report infringement, or ask about a refund, email support@colorpack.shop. Deletion may be limited where we must retain records for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
